Overview

Habitable land is running out. The ocean isn't. Spacexity builds prefabricated modules that live on water and reconfigure into homes, farms, offices, or data centres.

01 — Chapter

The module

The product is a shell: 3 by 6 by 3 metres, mirrored stainless cladding, built to sit through storms, hurricanes, and flood conditions. Modules join edge to edge for a wider plan, or stack, with the floor below always wider than the floor above. One unit grows into a row of eight, then a community of twenty.

02

What it becomes

The same shell reconfigures for residential homes, floating communities, solar farms, aquaculture, offshore offices, research stations, and commercial compute. A flagship use case is a 104-module seawater-cooled data centre: roughly 1,872 square metres of compute under a solar roof, deployable in sovereign waters in months.

03

My part in it

I'm not one of the founders. I do the design and web engineering: the site, the typographic system, the way things move, and the way the brand lands across surfaces. Live at spacexity.org, and evolving like everything worth working on.
